In a double dip recession such as the one we are currently suffering it can be easy to look environmental beyond environmental requirements and focus on cost reduction and profit generation. However, according to a recent study carried out by a national newspaper, the post-recession consumer expects their goods to come from a sustainable source.

The current climate has lead some consumers to place higher emphasis on price but as the economy begins it’s recovery process a shift to sustainability is more than likely.
