Suez and TerraCycle to boost waste management for ‘tricky-to-recycle’ products

Coffee packaging, protective disposable gloves and pens could be subjected to innovative recycling techniques, after the recent partnership between the waste management firm Suez and developers TerraCycle, the company that deals with hard-to-recycle materials.

Suez’s chief executive David Palmer- Jones stated that, ‘Using the knowledge of both companies, we can ensure that even the most complex and challenging waste streams are put to good use in a sustainable, long-term and economically viable way- whether its coffee pods, cigarette butts, laminated biscuit wrappers or the next, as yet unknown, generation of tricky-to-recycle products’.

Here at Wiles Greenworld, the Green Office Suppliers of London, we also offer a Free Recycling Service, collecting more than 15 different waste streams with companies whom we supply Green Products to. [Please find below an image of our battery and pen recycling box].
