Honda opens hydrogen filling station

Japanese motor company Honda has opened Britain’s first public hydrogen filling station in an effort to promote the development of eco-friendly vehicles. The car-maker’s site in Swindon which looks like any other regular filling station, will be run by industrial gases company BOC. Thomas Bachmann from Honda said: “Hydrogen fuel cell technology is the ultimate transport solution, which meets environmental demands but also delivers range and performance”.

The eco friendly office supplies company sees great potential in hydrogen power and believes that businesses can greatly benefit from its use in future.
