Cows not to blame for carbon

Cows have often been accused of releasing carbon emissions into the atmosphere. However, the debate regarding the amount of CO2 cows release has seen some new evidence come forth. According to new research, cows will only release carbon they have taken in during their lifetime, they will never release more.

Before the burning of fossil fuels, there was a fairly constant amount of carbon in the global carbon cycle. Living plants and animals change what form it is in but the total amount of carbon in the cycle doesn’t change.
