Boiler that recovers energy

Wiles Greenworld London office supplies has learned of the launch of a new boiler that claims to recover 15% of waste energy to pre-heat domestic water or space heating using condensing technology.

The Quitna Eco Plus developed by Remeha Commercial aims to provide a solution to rising fuel prices, profitability and government legislation targets. Using condensing technology the boiler saves waste energy equivalent to around 15% of its gross input is recovered by the boiler ready for use in heating such as equipment radiators and underfloor heating.

It is expected to deliver energy efficiencies, carbon reductions and financial savings by condensing at full output at all temperatures.
